A Couples Counselor and narrative therapist, I have two decades of experience helping people live new, empowering stories for their lives. 25 years of art-making and an MFA as a painter has informed my ability to creatively meet my clients' hopes for their futures.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I love individual therapy as well, and some family therapy. I also help restructure lives due to separation/divorce, including co-parenting therapy and co-parenting education.

I treat both couples and individuals and tailor psychotherapy to meet the goals and needs of the patient. The therapeutic relationship is especially important and my goal is to provide a collaborative psychotherapy experience in a safe, comfortable environment.
